This deal seems to be just what the Rockies needed....... Hampton is chode!

Hampton got traded to Atlanta after this deal was made - the Braves only have to 35.5 mil of the contract over the next 6 yrs.

 

NOW watch, Hampton will be a killer for Atlanta, it always happens that way...

That sounds like an unbelievable deal for the Braves then. Just 35.5 million over 6 years. I'd definately take Hampton at that price.

Sure, get him out of Coors and into Turner Field which is made for pictchers. He'll do well there.
