    Is booterd something they do in the neighborhood around Wrigley? It sounds like some sort of gay sex thing. If that's the case than probably not. Every good bar tosses at least one drunk now and then it adds to the atmosphere. Then the drunk comes back after sobering up, we all laugh and life is good.
