Muslims hold a place of revernce for Jesus Christ as one of the greatest prophets, but not as the son of God obviously. It is supposed to be part of their teachings to have respect for people "of the book", meaning both Christians and Jews.

Christians in the middle east would celebrate Christmas. Muslims, Buddhists, Atheists, etc in the middle east will most likely not celebrate.
