I guess there may be some disappointment that he's not new blood, but he could still be a good hire. There's a greater chance he turns out to be a great hire than there would have been with someone with head coaching experience that has proven to be mediocre. And if it doesn't work out, Marquette should be able to throw big money at a replacement
