I always got a kick out of how cheesed off he would get not just at the industry for screwing him over, but at everybody else who came along after him and threw some Bo Diddly vamp into their music. Buddy Holly, the Stones, etc., he'd always chew 'em out for stealing his vamp. One of a kind.
