Good luck finding two more dominant seasons in the history of the majors than Pedro's 1999 and 2000. You'll struggle mightily. It's Ruthian in stature...consider that Mike Sirotka tied for 3rd in the AL in ERA that year with a 3.79 ERA, and he finished more than 2 full runs behind Pedro's 1.74. The only thing that even rivals that are Maddux's 1994 and 1995. And, given everything, I'd say Pedro's were better.
