I'm in one like that too, it's a pretty awesome league. Another idea I've talked to people about would be only showing current ratings, and not talents, but that has flaws when it comes to the draft as I don't know if talents can be set on only for that. Either way, I prefer leagues that don't feed you every little detail about the players (such as their 1-100 rating) as it makes them more interesting. In a 1-10 league, some pitchers with a 6 have the endurance to start while others don't. It all depends on whether its a high or low six, which is something that gets lost in a 1-100 league.
