joejoesox
It's nice to see Quentin and Dye's production not slowing down (One could say it's getting even better, especially Q with his 8 HR in his last 13 games..) As long as these guys don't cool off similar to how Dye/Thome/Konk slowed down in the second half of 2006, we should hold a rather comfortable lead for the rest of the year as our schedule doesn't really get all that difficult after this tigers/twins/royals road trip Also it's awesome that Q & Dye (And Thome as of late) don't seem to be having problems with the elite pitchers of the AL, they seem to rake against just about everyone, which is awesome

joejoesox
I see us going 6-5 or 7-4 in the remaining games vs the red sox and yankees, that's my prediction i see us playing a little more closely against the angels, winning 1 or 2 of those games, and the same for the oakland series

Jake
QUOTE (nitetrain8601 @ Jul 27, 2008 -> 11:54 AM) I see it being a tad more difficult than that. Nobody said it would be easy, but someone's got to win the games. Might as well be the better team.

chiguy79
Twins have easiest remaining schedule in the AL...white sox in middle of the pack. I would like to see the rays/red sox/yankees beat each other up so that the wild card likely comes out of the central as an insurance policy...that being said lets beat the twins this week and get some more breathing room. http://www.playoffstatus.com/mlb/americansosrg.html
