So last night, I went with another guy to go see the center court action at Arthur Ashe Stadium, James Blake vs. Donald Young.

 

And we were treated to an absolute classic of a match. And by the time the 5th set started, everyone was moving down to the bottom tier, and we ended up getting seats right in the corner about 3 rows behind Young's family.

 

Don't know if I've seen a better match live in person actually.

I saw it only on TV but it was a great match. Sadly for Young since he reached the 3rd round last year he drops more points and will have to be playing satellite events again.

Wow that looked like a great match to be at on T.V. too. It's a shame Young lost, he played very well and of course since he was born and raised in Chicago I was rooting for him. He could be the "next big thing" if he continues to improve his game, he's only 18 or 19 I believe. U.S. Open tennis at night is the best though, the atmosphere is great even when the stadium is half empty like it appeared to be on T.V, but often times it's jam packed.
