I didnt get to watch this yrs since I was workin, but all pasts HR derby is a 10....IT'S the best thing baseball has got goin now

When Ichiro brought Boone's bat up I had this feeling they were gonna do the Cerrano/Tanaka blindfold routine from Major League 2. It was fun watching him swing and miss on that one pitch.

I thought Boone and Anderson would both suck it up...i was correct on one and way way off on the other

I give it a 10. It was nice to see the new faces in there. I thought it was very entertaining and didn't lack in home runs one bit.

G.A. definately deserved the win. He is, with no doubt in my mind, the most underated player in the game right now. I would have thought that winning the world series would make his name more known, but nope. This is a guy that puts up tremendous numbers year after year after year and still doesnt get any recognition. Congrats Garett

I gave it a 7 due largely to the people who were in it. There's not much doubt that Bret Boone had no place in a HR derby, and he proved it by SWINGING AND MISSING en route to hitting 0. Delgado was disappointing, as was Ritchie Sexson. I would have loved to have seen Bonds and Sosa in it, but oh well, maybe next year.
