Got OOTP 6 or 6.5?

Featured Replies

We have a 2009 league open that needs to more GMs. Starting from scratch, with rosters updated to yesterday...

The Blue Jays and Astros remain.

Even though they pretty much blow, I wouldn't mind taking a crack at the Astros...if only to take out the Cubs at some point.

Think I have a license for OOTP 6.5 somewhere...would have to search for it, but I'm interested. What's the details?

Register on the board and read the rules. It's going to be quite realistic.

I'm gonna get involved and take the Blue Jays if that's cool, it'll gimme something to do at work for the next 2 months anyways.

We'd like to have you. If you have OOTP 6 or 6.5 come on in and register... the Blue Jays are a good choice with nice prospects.

League is full, but if you would like to fill out an app and get on the waiting list, you are more than welcome.

Why are you guys still using 6.5 when OOTP 10 was just announced? You can convert the league to the newer game. You lose your history, but that's what keeping 6.5 installed with a copy of the old league is for.

Mostly because the people running the league have no intention of spending the $30 to upgrade when the one we're using runs fine for our purposes. We've also had problems with people on newer versions trying to run our file in the past, it has had to be on Opening Day of whatever year in order to import the league (not sure if they fixed that or not).

Yes, a league has to be on opening day to import the league. I don't really see how that would be a problem though.
