I like to get my tan in February because no one else the U.S. can, go out to the clubs in Phoenix and Scottsdale, drive around in my car while blasting my subs, and play guitar and video games.

Is he high? I'm not sure I like this guy. I understand not saying anything risky that might get him in trouble but It sounds like this guy is like a mix between Tim Tebow and Milhouse.

 

Although it's not as bad if he pitches good.
