whitesoxbrian
All in all, fun series. Losing the first worried me a tad, but we took care of business. Nothing like 95+ degrees every day. Atleast the 2 trips to the Waffle House made it enjoyable.

JPN366
QUOTE (whitesoxbrian @ Jun 21, 2009 -> 08:25 PM) Nothing like 95+ degrees every day. It's much worse than that here.
WilliamTell
QUOTE (JPN366 @ Jun 21, 2009 -> 09:42 PM) It's much worse than that here. As a notherner, I prefer 60's or 70's for a temperature. zenryan
QUOTE (PlunketChris @ Jun 21, 2009 -> 10:06 PM) Waffle House is a wonderful establishment. Yes it is. I once went and the waitress was some fat girl that was a daytime stripper at the most ghetto club in Orlando. Well she changed into her outfit and started dancing and what not. It was funny but gross at the same time. I almost puked when I noticed she was in her socks and the grease from the floor was soaking through her socks. whitesoxfan101
Yeah I was there too. I sat up in what is like our 300 level for the Saturday Game (I think it's called the FSN Ohio Legends Club? It was an air conditioned restaurant area right above our seats) and all the food and non alcoholic beverages were free, so that was incredible. Pretty large Sox fan turnout, but nothing like what I saw when I was there in 2006. Overall a very fun weekend, and indeed Waffle Houses are the best. BigSqwert
QUOTE (PlunketChris @ Jun 21, 2009 -> 09:06 PM) Waffle House is a wonderful establishment. Check out Jim Gaffigan's "King Baby" for some choice Waffle House observations.
