Today's Attendance

Is this true if so, we are really starting to draw great.

It isn't great, but its definately improvement. Day game during the middle of the week you wouldn't figure all that many to be there, especially against Cleveland.

I stick to my guns that if the Sox win the fans will come and JR will make a fortune.

Well, true, it's not great, per say, but it's pretty damned good. Like you said, a day game in the middle of the week, and to my knowledge, it wasn't a half-price day, was it? If not, 20,000+ is solid.

Pepsi Half Price Tuesdays I believe.

Ah, OK. Then 20,000 isn't all that good, but it's probably an improvement over a typical Tuesday day game.

20,000 on a Tuesday afternoon is excellent for where we have been coming from -

fans must be getting Sox fever!

What is our attendance since this team started playing better, Giants series? I hope the series against the Royals is meaningful in a couple of weeks we may have huge crowds, then the A's come to town.

Day game. 20K? People had to take off work! It sure as hell is a GREAT crowd.

Last years July day game there was maybe 6K there. The only day games that do well is opening day and the Friday Cubs/Sox game.
