Thornton expecting? Well his wife is.

Featured Replies

Is this the reason Richard is in the bullpen? How long would we expect Thorny out?

Yes, his wife is expecting around the end of this month.

But I didn't know that it was 100% that Richard is going to the pen - where are you hearing that?

We announce this week's probables already. Richard aint on it.

I was just trying to put 2 and 2 together. I came up with 5 though, just a concept I put thru my head.

Actually, I am trying to figure out if I should use Thorny or George Sherrill in fantasy lol

From MLB.com Sox Tidbits

Thornton and his wife, Emily, welcomed daughter, Avery Annette, into the world Monday night in Chicago. The couple's first child weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces
