July 23, 200322 yr Who knows what to believe anymore. But this would be good for the prosecution if true. On another note about knowing what to believe, I heard reported today that the suicide attempt that many here are using as an example of this girls' stability, happened after the supposed rape. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression from what I've heard on here, that most believe this attempt happened before the supposed rape. If she attempted to kill herself after the supposed rape and this is a set-up, she sure is going balls out trying to convince the media and the public that the supposed rape actually happened.

I've never rooted for kobe anyway, and could give a flying f*** about Kobe..so my attitude isn't gonna change in if I root for him or not... But I'm already getting sick of the f***in media circus on tv now..all these sports channels and sports stations are now bringing out and dusting off all these former and current prosecutors, defense lawyers, law professors, retired judges..UGHHHHHH. July 24, 200322 yr My thing is...If you're gonna cheat...Wouldn't u cheat up? Not necessarily, I wouldn't think. Wouldn't you go for something that you don't have at home? Whether that's an ethnicity, a body type, or willingness to perform certain acts that maybe don't happen at home? That might be why you cheat without perhaps "cheating up". Why you RAPE would be an entirely different question...
