Apparently he injured himself running to 1st base. Let's hope for his sake that it isn't that achilles getting reinjured. :o

He put the ball in play?

Rockies board says it is a strained quad after he tried running out a bobbled ground ball to the 1B.

 

No one can ever say Jose doesn't (didn't) care.

I seen the play, it looked like he got a cramp. He walked/limped off the field, but I think he should be fine, maybe miss 1 start.

Allowing pitchers to hit is a stupid idea.
