October 7, 200916 yr Author QUOTE (MattZakrowski @ Oct 6, 2009 -> 06:56 PM) Aka my accidental fumble button And who's the Bucs, so we can try to get our game in. ditto let's get the week over with
October 7, 200916 yr QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Oct 6, 2009 -> 04:12 PM) Either the Steelers are just damn good, or the difficulty is adjusting. Really? The toughest team I have faced so far was Green Bay. Pitt didnt seem too great to me, just had a really good run defense.

Pitt didnt seem too great to me, just had a really good run defense. That's funny, I ran all over PIT even with Adrian Peterson going down on like the 3rd play of the game. I had a hard time passing and could not stop them. PS I IM'd bd, and he's hopping on to play.
October 7, 200916 yr I meant see if there are wildcat pitch plays. I didnt really look at it because I didnt think you could pitch so thought it was stupid.
October 7, 200916 yr Author QUOTE (DrunkBomber @ Oct 7, 2009 -> 06:48 AM) Whats the hold up with this game? I don't know, both users were online at different times last night.
October 7, 200916 yr QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Oct 6, 2009 -> 09:02 PM) I meant see if there are wildcat pitch plays. I didnt really look at it because I didnt think you could pitch so thought it was stupid. I tried a ton of plays to finally find one where the hook and ladder worked. If you want to try the one I settled on its in the NO playbook, singleback, y trips, saints seams, hot route TE to an out and rb on a drag (right stick down) I dont think theres any designed pitch plays.
October 7, 200916 yr I just wanted to do speed option with Wildcat. None of the Wildcat plays specifically state option, but there are several that can be run as an option play. I was practicing with it last night, worked pretty well but unfortunately my playbook does not have wildcat.
October 7, 200916 yr For player versus player games we need to have a rule that both players must post times in this thread when they are available. That way we can enforce it if some one is blowing off the game.

October 7, 200916 yr So what's the deal on trading? I came after the draft and I have a QB who can't throw to his receivers and a bunch of receivers that can't catch.
October 7, 200916 yr Bob, As you started after the draft you are allowed to propose trades and we will generally approve them as long as they arent lower players for better players. My guess is Tye Hill has that many sacks and that some one has been blitzing their nickel corner off the edge a lot.

I mean, what am I going to do? Trade Matt Cassel for Joe Flacco? There's nothing worthwhile in a trade like that. There has to be a better rule stipulation than that - especially since I'm assuming finances are turned on. I mean, my best player is the f***ing punter.

October 8, 200916 yr QUOTE (MattZakrowski @ Oct 7, 2009 -> 07:06 PM) You could downgrade at another position too, but are Cassel's ratings really that bad? Did you not see how many throws he airmailed? One out of every four passes was bad. Not to mention he can't throw to anyone but a wide open receiver because he doesn't place the ball well - if you breathe on of my receivers, they'll drop it. Pile on top of that, my running back is crap, my best receiver is 33 and not very good. The only two players worth a damn on my team are Wilfork and Olshansky. Everyone else is either old or just plain s***ty.
