Tickets question.

Featured Replies

I recently purchased some tickets from season tickets holder to the second game of the season April 7.

Those tickets than were forwarded to me using the Chicago White Sox Ticketmaster account, I registered and logged in but didn't print out the tickets right away.

Now every time I log in the website tells me I do in fact have 4 tickets for April 7 however there is no option to print them or anything. On the bottom it says: "Due to White Sox Policies those tickets are prohibited from sale and forwarding."

Anyone know how I can print them out?

For a concert I have tickets to, when I log into Ticketmaster.com, I click on "My ticketmaster" at the top right hand corner of the screen. On the next screen, there's a window that says "My tickets" and "print tickets" is an option underneath there.

If that doesn't appear there, then you should email Ticketmaster about it, or perhaps check to make sure you didn't request them by mail.

Send me your account name and password, I will figure it out.

:D

If it's transferred to your account, just login to your account and try to look around and it should be there. Or you can go back to the email that you first received when the seller first tried to send it to you, and see if you can accept the tickets again. If that doesn't work out either, you can always call TicketMaster and they can send the tickets to you again.
