Tough crowd. Clearly, Minnesota was a play on words. The title was technically correct, thus the joke, and the bit about being outside was clearly sarcasm.

Before I read that, I took it as the Gophers beat the Twins.

Nothing personal, it just seems people think that the Twins will view grass as some alien element. They played on it every year, just not at home.

The Twins did lose their first game at Target Field, if it really matters.

Was just coming here to post it.

 

From watching that game and listening to Twins announcers they said Target Field infield plays really slow, FWIW.
