The problem isn't Ozzie Ball, that's for another debate (whether they should be moving from a home run team to a more balanced lineup given their ballpark)....Look at the batting averages througout the lineup - no style of ball is really going to work with the struggles so many of their hitters have had.

 

As I previously said, when most of your lineup isn't hitting, would any style work better?

3 games in a row without a homer.. now we're losing our only edge.

Phew, Rios saved us from going 5. 1 of 3 today from the homer.

 

I also have to mention that the guys on the whole left side of the field scare me when a ball is hit their way. I've seen too many should be outs because players are out of position or they can't get the ball. Those mental errors that don't show up in a score card.
