August 2, 201015 yr Home made fried chicken and collard greens. Recipe comes from Alton Brown for the chicken and the collards is something off recipe zaar and tweaked by my fiancé. Super crunchy chicken with a nice spice element from some cayene. The collards were awesome. A little bacon, onion, garlic, and brown sugar for flavor. Great stuff. We eat it way too often.
