To the idiot Sox fan

well considering he had to deal with kw all the time, maybe jm is a great manager.

how many managers would not have quit?

I think JM's ability to not let his boat get rocked - nor the teams' - and his teams ability to rebound rather than fall apart - have paid off big time thus far this season, and the rebound began in a very timely fashion -

the heat needs to continue in Seattle -

Go Sox! :headbang

One thing that i liked in JM is that he is always optimist and never give up. When we were swept by the Tigers he came and said that our club and our hitters would turn the season around. This give confidence to our hitters and that is precious...

Re the racist who called in; why don't they just cut the guy off? why give him air time?

Jm is not a great manager but hey, if you get heat when youre losing you should receive praise when youre winning. Good job JM! :headbang

may be its called airplay and would get the listeners involve to call in.

If he cut off a black guy for being overly pro black, it would appear racist. I saw no reason to cut him off.

i still say this guy was a sCruBS fan.

JM does have his strengths, which cwsox aptly mentioned. He has pulled the team out of the doldrums this year and each of the past two years. Unfortunately, it usually takes months to do so.

I don't care if we have Alf in the dugout. Black, white, hispanic, mixed, or someone from the Japanese league, just win baby. Sox fans have waited all too long for a winner and maybe a few care about race (unfortunately) but I venture to say there are more fans on the north side that think race is an issue. The Sox are one of baseballs best franchises for being color blind.

That guys an idiot.
