Larry plans to have the surgery and attempt one last comeback.

Andruw is about as sure fired of a HOF as there ever is. Best defensive CFer of his generation and one of the greatest of all time plus the guy had 400HR's and was a very good offensive player in the same span. He's more of a lock than Chipper, imo.

 

Now that is just flat out wrong, I dont think you will find 1 person who will speak against Chipper going to HoF while evidence of this thread that there is already doubters of Andruw making it.

I never said Chipper wasn't going to go. I just said Andruw was the better player in my eye. The guy was unbelievable in the field. Best I've ever seen.

 

Chipper is one hell of an offensive player though, especially being a switch-hitter.
