Nice. I saw the thread title and came in to post something along those lines, but I can't top that.

i went last year, was shocked they didnt give anything at the gates. got a small bag of garret popcorn in the parking lot but that was it, no freebies

 

 

It's just a euphemism for "last home game."

 

Maybe they'll walk the warning track after the game and wave at you and maybe somebody will get on the mic and thank us for being the best fans ever, but that's about it.

 

Never did get where the "appreciation" part happened. You want to "appreciate" us? Make it free, mother****ers.

You can keep your 99 cent mini bat or $1.99 adjustable hat.

I say they have that REEEEEEALY hot T-shirt launcher chick somebody has in their sig do it topless for the entire game!!!!
