Well, if you compare their bullpen last year to what they have right now...they're really not worse except for the departure of Putz. Santos is Santos, Sale's there for the year, Thornton's still there, Infante is the newcomer, Pena is still there...the losses of Jenks and Linebrink are basically deadweight losses.

Xylographs on opposing batters' bats will scream "throw it here!" with the somewhat weak pen we currently have.

Zambrano as our long man would be nice. I don't trust Pena when the pressure is on. Consider this a case where Coop didn't "fix him".

Although Zambrano might cause increased insurance costs to protect the equipment in the dugout.
