Yeah, I got that. That got me to thinking, and perhaps it warrants its own thread, but unlike many owners, JR doesn't really seem to get too involved in stuff he hires people to do.

In general, he doesn't. He only gets personally involved when there is a big thing to get done and it requires his checkbook to do it.
