Just wanted to throw this out here for those who follow the minor league system more than I do. I'm slightly more optimistic than where were were at the end of last year because Viciedo is tearing it up and Reed looks like someone who has a nice future. Short too and Danks might no be a lost cause. Tempering my optimism is Mitchell's struggles and a ho-hum draft in a deep draft class.

About the same, which is not a good thing.

I'll say slightly more optimistic due to the progression of Reed, and to a lesser degree, Thompson. Then, of course, you have the evolution of Dayan. Other than that, yeah, it's pretty ugly.

Slightly more optimistic. Mitchell is really the only guy who has been a big disappointment. Everyone else either stayed the same, or has looked better.

Too lazy to make todays thread right now but Dayan is stupid good.
