Folks.. this horse is bleeding all over the networks. Any thoughts on why Kobe's lawyer told him to not wear a tie and simply a dinner jacket over a polo shirt..? I've only been to court for a traffic violation.. and I dressed up for that! Anyone know the official dress code for addressing the court? Does it even matter?

Not to declare him guilty or anything but in the back of my mind, when guys like Kobe or Tyson or even Hugh Grant gets in sex related trouble I wonder, couldn't he have walked into the bar and asked who wants to have sex with a rich, good looking, famous NBA player/actor/boxer? Hell if it works for Presidents I figure it has to work for other celebs.
