I know Parque wasn't, but what about Ritchie? If Ritchie's gone then the Sox will save like 3 mill a year, from what they'd have to pay him if he was arbitration eligible. But at 5 mill a year I wouldn't go more then 3 yrs. I am not positive what Ritchie was making last year, but he can't get too much of a decrease so the Sox can keep their payroll much lower then it was last year and add 7 mill or so in free agent pitchers right now, if in fact they lose Ritchie. Ritchie isn't a free agent. just up for arbtration. if this was the date, than we'd hear about Buehrle and Koch also, as they are arbitration eligible.
