My brother-in-law works for Microsoft and has told us that there are a few people who absolutely hate Microsoft, and have sent them some major virusses. This may have something to do with it. That's what I heard was the problem and it's been knocking out servers and stuff. I don't know if it's fixed or not, but my comcast cable is back up and running.
