I put this in the college thread...but I don't think all that many people venture into that thread...so mods...I apologize for the repost but I really think this story deserves it's own thread somewhere. It's gutwrenching and tugs at your heart. Kind of puts a few things into perspective too. Both of these men are amazing and I would hope every parent would do the exact same as Mr. Hahn. My heart goes out to Cory and his entire family.

I remember a similar situation, former Indiana/Iowa star Luke Recker was in a devastating crash and he ended up leaving his fiance who who by then was permanently confined to a wheelchair.

Damn. This made me sad and happy.
