Tennis Elbow (Ouch)

Featured Replies

My regular doctor says I have tennis elbow.

It hurts like a motherf***er on the elbow.

He told me to wear this little flesh covered brace when I'm using the arm much and take some Alleve daily and ice it.

Any other suggestions? It's lingered a while. He is sure nothing's broken in there. He's no ortho guy, just a regular doctor where I was in there getting a physical and told him of my elbow woes.

Can I bowl or play tennis as it still hurts? Will it stop hurting?

THANK YOU

I wouldn't bowl or play tennis while it still hurts. I tried to run through knee injuries before and I'm still paying for that decision four years later. Let an injury heal up first before trying to do anything that strains it.
