August 22, 200322 yr He may be weird, but he is offering you 'Free money'. I got the one book thru the library and the guy basically got all of those info packets from Pueblo, Colorado and compiled them into a book. If you aren't a woman or a minority, don't bother getting the book. There isn't any free money for you.
