You can use an MLB.COM Gift Card on online orders, but NOT at the box office. (Ticketmaster Gift Cards or Vouchers WILL NOT WORK ON SOX TICKETS)

 

White Sox gift cards can be used at the Box Office, but NOT online.

 

Sox also accept Comiskey Cash for ticket sales at the Box Office.

 

Ticket Vouchers are also good at the Sox Box Office. The Holiday Pack ticket vouchers are one example.

I got them to work at about 10:10.

I am pretty sure you need the personal ST code for the 81/27 presale. I got in at 10:00 and got a pair for OD in section 137 but of course they're 30 rows back. Wasn't getting much besides the corners and upper deck after that.
