Fans were great tonight

Just got home from the game, a little dissapointed, but I'm very happy with the way bartolo pitched, gives me hope for the future.

Well, anyway......this was one of the better crowds of the year tonight, hanging on every pitch....you could hear the groans after the ball left carlos' bat in the 7th? 8th? As long as we take tommorow's game, I can be happy.

I was over in sec 151 tonight & the whole place was jumpin. When Paulie was batting in the ninth you could hear the chant throughout the whole at bat everyone was on their feet throughout the inning even though they didn't really do anything. More proof that we have the real fans.

BTW Soxnbears, where did ya sit?

The Sox offene lost this gm tonight. I'm still worried about our situational hitting come playoff time...

sec 103, row 4......right/center field.

Not bad for walk-up, eh?

no s***! Kinda sucks that had only 24 thousand or so, but at least they were into the game & cheering a lot.

Hey Soxnbears, your sig is :

Last Game: 9/20 5-2 Win over Angels
Is that 8/20? ;) :D

I'll be watching the game tomorrow morning on ESPN from 9 a.m my time. If any of u guys r goin in the crowd do a mexican wave chant or bring a soxtalk.com poster so we can recognise ya, lol. Hopefully u guys can carry Buerhle and the team over the top of Boston.

:bringit

They definitely were. And I'm glad there was only 23K there. Any more than that and it's mayham!

I agree, i like decent size crowds that are into the game as opposed to just a ton of people in the seats causing this thing steff calls "mayham"
