Cain, Hamilton, Ozuna, and Lagares are actually debatable. Hell, they all had more fWAR than EAton. Myers might be as well given his potential. But if you were to base this on last year's body of work, then Eaton should be top 10.

I could be convinced to take any of those 10 guys over Eaton. While it's debatable, I don't think it's crazy to not have him on there.

He could definitely fit on that list but "1 injury-shortened successful season" isn't a track record that stands out unless you've done something ridiculous in the minors like Hamilton. Give us 150 games doing that next year and he's perhaps top 5-6.

Surprised they didn't put Byron Buxton in top five.

 

By the way, the Twins have a quandary with Escobar, Salazar and Hicks...finding pt for all three. Ideally, theyd have Hicks in Cf, Salazar at SS and Escobar superutility.
