Download the MLB.com Ballpark app and create (or login to a pre-existing) MLB.com account using the same email address you purchased your pass with. The MLB.com Ballpark app will display a Ballpark Pass section under the BALLPARK tab and TICKETS tab on or before April 18. Please note that your Ballpark Pass will be accessible via the "Ballpark Pass" link found under the Gameday Guide section of the BALLPARK tab or under the More Information section of the TICKETS tab within the MLB.com Ballpark app. Tickets for all games included with your pass will be loaded into the app on or before April 18.
