Yes you are right, forgot about Graveman.

Add Kimbrel to the list..

Rick Hahn - Mastermind of Failure
You know you have a problem when Hahn recent signings have been Big Energy, Leury Legend, Pollock, Kelly, VV. With no quality lefty outfielder in sight, which is our biggest need. Only good signing lately has been Cueto.

Hopefully, JR does not bring in one of his octogenerians from his board of directors,

Eloy back, Burger, VV to IL, Lambert recalled, Mendick to 60 day IL
Needed to bring Eloy back quickly as we need someone who can hit homers. The Twins are destroying us with homers at home., and we have many home games coming up.

7/6 Twins @ Sox, 1:10 PM
What sense does it make to bring in an analytics guru when you have comatose manager and owner who are in the 20 th century and mostly ignore analytics. You need to move the whole organization into the 21 st century looking forward not backwards like now.

7/6 Twins @ Sox, 1:10 PM
We have been at that point for several weeks now. It maybe too late now to save the season.

That is why the Twins are in first place and we are on 3rd and falling fast.

Scrubs doing well tonight with Big Energy and Reese having 5 hits and TA, Vaughn, Abreu, Sheets no hits.

Cease is also leading the majors in strikeout rate per inning.

5 th homer for the Twins, this time against VV. TLR threw in the towel. In the meantime, we can’t even hit a homer against AAA pitching tonight. Shameful.

Where was ReyLo last night in the 10th? Kelly has been terrible and has a very high ERA. ReyLo has been hot and has not allowed a homer to over 150. Batters in a row. TLR apparently being guided by reputation with Kelly and not by recent performance by Lopez.

TLR has not shown any sense of urgency or drive to win the whole season. He does not utilize all his available resources efficiently. His over resting philosophy and aversion to pinch hitting has hurt us this season.
-
GT 7/5: MIN @ SOX, The day after
It’s TLR ball. Pinch hitting is not in his playbook.

TA has been awful with RISP and been a major rally killer the last few weeks.

If it would only been ground ball singles would be OK, however most of the ground balls have been outs including plenty of double play balls.

Our roster construction is not aligned with GRF home run friendly confines. We have given up our home field advantage, thru our lack of homers. Lots of investments on relievers with no power hitting lefties in lineup, not the right priorities by FO and others.
-
GT 7/5: MIN @ SOX, The day after
It is hard for the Sox to win games At GRF without hitting homers. We are getting out homered practically every game. Better put in Eloy, Grandal or whoever else can at least potentially hit home runs. Our current line up is not aligned to GRF homer friendliness. That is why I called for Hahn to sign Joc Pederson and/ or Kyle Schwarber in free agency instead on putting all the money in relievers.

GT 7/5: MIN @ SOX, The day after
That’s TLR ball. With ReyLo in the 10 th last night we had a chance, he has not given up a homer to the last 150 batters he is faced.
-
GT 7/5: MIN @ SOX, The day after
Getting out homered at GRF once again. That is the main reason why the Sox have a losing record at home and a large minus 50+ run differential. Our homer friendly park has become a liability for our current homer poor roster.

GT 7/5: MIN @ SOX, The day after
No adjustments whatsoever. Invariable grounds the ball to the left side with RISP and goes the other way with nobody on. Should try to hit the ball the other way also with RISP. Also no patience, hardly ever walks and he is lead off hitter…

I think part of the problem with Moncada and others is that they were over paid from the start, and they became content fat cats, losing initiative and drive. Don’t forget that Moncada was making something like $30/ month in Cuba and then suddenly he is a multimillionaire. Not everybody can manage sudden wealth well, particularly young men. IMO.

Conversely, if we lose tonight last night’s loss will feel much worse.

The memo was don’t let Buxton beat us. Don’t know if TLR read it.
