For anybody playing along at home, there are now pictures on the site for you to do with as you please. I guess I am just a glutton for 'net punishment and am fully expecting to find myself in a compromising position with Tony Danza in a finely photoshopped picture one of these days.

I always liked Albert. I didn't care what the media said about him. I seriously always thought he was just a guy with a ton of talent, but didn't want the fame, and he always seemed like a pretty shy guy. Sometimes shyness can be mistaken for arrogance. I know this from a personal stand. I'm VERY shy and don't react in crowds well at all, or with the "spotlight" (unless I am on stage with my guitar strapped on). So I tend to run from people and situations, and for years in the bands people thought I had a bad ego problem. I saw that same thing in Belle, I always thought. And we better not get rid of Crede until we see if he did find the correction in his swing that would improve his game, as he claims to have done during his time off, and as we have seen since his return.

QUOTE(The Critic @ Nov 10, 2005 -> 11:01 AM) I think we all know what road this is headed down.... First the downloads get slower, then all we'll be able to DL is CLIPS of songs, then we'll get Kidster, the Kid Gleason PAY site...... Sellout...... LOL!!!

QUOTE(The Critic @ Nov 10, 2005 -> 10:04 AM) Well, as the biggest ( only?? ) documented fan of The Kid in ALL his musical incarnations, I would go on far too long gushing about how good I think this stuff is. Suffice to say, I likey mucho! Especially the stuff with the kid - it's about time you got a PROPER vocalist!!!! Awesome as always, Kid!!! Thanks man. There'll be more going up soon. I really like this Multiply site, it's easy to use and not as nasty looking as My Space. Yes, you are one of only a few "fans" of my music. I think I have 4, including you and my kid. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Nov 10, 2005 -> 10:17 AM) The Multiplier Site is cool, I'll have to figure out how to do that and put up some tracks. And I like that track with youur little girl. She can hit a note better than my little girl can, but hopefully she grows out of it and didn't really inherit her Mom's tin ear. Just sign up for a site, it's free, and walk around on it and you will figure it all out. It's REALLY easy. I've done this thing in about 1/2 hour today.

I changed things up a bit now, and created a Multiply site for my stuff. Anybody wants it, go get it!!! There is another song there that was not in the .zip file I posted here. Kid Gleasons Multiply Site with FREE MUSIC!!! ***WARNING!!! The illusion might be shattered as you will find out my real name there!!!***

Yeah, I never liked the other guys voice. We ended up not being the best of friends. The drummer on that stuff though is still one of my closest friends. He's a HUGE Sox fan also, but not as much as his wife is though. The F&L stuff is just O.K. in my opinion. It suffered in certain areas, and I knew it at the time. The other stuff, the "Pieces Of Time" recordings were done as just rough recordings to help me finish writing the songs. The drummer bailed on me after that day (even though I work with him, live right next door to him, and he is one of my best friends), and hasn't played drums since then. I've been trying to find someway of finishing my stuff and getting to a studio since then. I have even taken the drastic measures of putting a drum machine and recording programs on this computer here. But that stuff, those 4 songs, they so far are my true pride and joys. I feel that is the best I have been yet, crappy recordings, poor vocals and all. They show the most promise, IMO.

HA!!! Yeah, what a surprise that you would need something like statistics to understand something you would do. I have a few "deep" tunes here, such as "Too Much Love", "Another Life", "World You and I", but then there is the stuff like "Suicide Note" and "Sun Still Shines" that might offend with their "ah f*** it" stylings.

Download my stuff! I'm making this available for a bit of time. Here is the info on it I wrote on another site to explain it all: Background: Fear And Loathing was my last proper band. I got booted out for musical differences. They chose to go in more of a "Deep Purple" direction. If you want to know my roles on every song, I'll let you know. I did most all of the guitar, except the acoustic in the second guitar, and most of the solos. I laid the tracks, and then the other guy put his solo's on. In retrospect, that was a bad idea since he REALLY sucked. The Carl I. stuff was the last stuff I got a chance to work on with somebody. I wrote the tunes, took them to the drummers house, showed him the tunes, he learned them and we recorded them in the span of two hours. I then went home and put in the second guitar and wrote the lyrics. I still want to get into a proper studio with this stuff, as IMO it is by far my best. The energy is everyting I always wanted from all of the other bands, but never got. Oh, and for people that say my vocal style is basically a "talking" type of thing, if you want to know what my speaking voice is like, I'm the "deep" voice in the song "Too Much Love", and then the rest of it is me. So you can see, what you hear the majority of the time is far from my normal "range" in talking. Heck...Fear And Loathing demo: 1. Too Much Love - Lead vocals and all guitar except solo (written by me) 2. Seasons Of Bliss - Electric is me 3. Suicide Note - Backing vocals, all guitar (wrote the music, could never find words, which is why I don't sing it, I refused to sing songs I didn't write the words for...and the "tongue roll" is me also...LOL) 4. World, You & I - All guitars, lead vocals (written by me, final verse into last chorus are the best vocals I have ever done. Written for my grandfather who had just passed away.) 5. Length Of Nations - Lead vocals, all guitars except for the out of key solo in the end. (written by me) If I ever get my other band Misty Beethoven do MP3 I'll move them here also. Much more love for Misty than I have for F&L. http://zombiezilla.multiply.com/ There is a limit to how many people can download it, so I am not too sure how many are allowed at it.

This trailer did wonders for me. I still am not sold on Black as Denham yet though. But the scene in the trailer when Ann looks at Kong, and he looks down slightly and then gives her a slight sideways glance, that little bit did wonders for me. He nailed an emotion of Kong that fans of the tale have been hoping he would hit.

It f'ed up enough to think that ONE person exists like this, but I am always baffled when TWO of them find each other. When you hear of two parents abusing a kid or doing things to their kid, or neighbors kids, or what have you. Is there some club that these people join to find each other? I just don't get it. I also find it interesting that it usually seems to be the female in these relationships that eventually breaks down and confesses.

I really wish they would keep Friends off TV until MUCH later at night. I never realised the content on that show until I was sitting there watching it, and my daughter was in the room. She was 7 at the time, and man, that was uncomfortable. It's no longer on the TV in our house as long as she is around. That show was pretty damn vulgar.

QUOTE(tonyho7476 @ Nov 9, 2005 -> 12:18 PM) Am I the only person on this planet that doesn't like Sandler? I just don't find him funny. No, I can't stand the friggin' guy and I am amazed there is anybody on the face of this planet (or any other) that would find him amusing at all. He is a sickness that MUST be stopped. I believe though that eventually he will fade away. Actually, it's already started.

"I wish the dead could come back to life so that I could kill you again, you bastard." - Let Sleeping Corpses Lie (or a million other titles) "Holy cats" - The Thing "My sister, she's been arranging these flowers" - The Old Dark House "No beds!!! We have no beds!!!" - The Old Dark House "You watch your mouth if you want to keep this job!!!" - The Return Of The Living Dead "When there's no more room in Hell, the dead will walk the earth" - Dawn Of The Dead (the original) yeah, yeah, call one of them a tie...

Wow, I saw "CC Scam" and I thought maybe C.C. DeVille was finally getting busted for making Poison such a HUGE hit in the 80's.

QUOTE(tonyho7476 @ Nov 9, 2005 -> 08:40 AM) I love how the government/society is so concerned about sex and bad language....maybe they should worry about crime and drugs. Really, the government just needs to remember that boobs don't kill people, people with boobs kill people.

Two Carolina Cheerleaders Arrested
Kid Gleason replied to DukeNukeEm's topic in Alex’s Olde Tyme Sports Pub
The blonde almost looks like Tonya Harding. I hear the Vikings are looking into hiring them now. -
Wow...robinventura23...I got tears here pretty much. I can't add much more than that. I started the damn thread, but that was everything I wanted to hit. A little (very little) tweaking here and there, and you have yourself a pretty great "childrens book", in all honesty. Take that as a HUGE compliment. The idea that my own kids might think like that. Wow. My Dad used to have thick jet-black hair. It's grey now. But I always thought he looked just like Superman.

Ah, found this: Here is that site: http://whitesox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/wap/new...167701&c_id=cws

But that was part of the weird thing. Lyle hit his head on Dave somehow, and he went down like a sack wet laundry. Dave was in center, and Lyle was in right, and they were both rushing to the same spot in the middle, and they hit. It was one of the worst collisions I have still yet to see.
-
Just did a check, I'm almost positive it was Martinez. I was thinking Dave, but couldn't come up with his last name for some reason. Mouton is quite a bit larger than Dave, right?
-
Nope. They both hit, and I believe Lyle smashed his head into the other guy pretty bad. I remember Lyle just lying on the ground almost lifeless.
-
Didn't Lyle have a REAL nasty collision in the outfield with...was it Cameron? I was trying to remember who it was with the other day, and I think Cameron...no...wait...it was...damn...blank...blank...blank...I know this one...it's on the tip of my... DAMN!!!

QUOTE(Steff @ Nov 8, 2005 -> 11:59 AM) I don't even know what "Bob and Tom" is... I think they're for old people.

I had no idea there could possibly be something like a "Best Of Stern". That seems almost as impossible as a "Best Of Mancow".
