White Sox win draft lottery, will pick #1 in 2026
JUSTIN LEBRON 2026 38 PA .286/.474/.821 (1.295) 5 HR 23.7 BB% 10.5 K% 8 SB (100%) 137 wRC+ ROCH CHOLOWSKY 2026 35 PA .393/.486/1.143 (1.629) 6 HR 11.4 K% 11.4 BB% (2 HBP NOT INCLUDED) 0 SB (0 ATTEMPTS) 238 wRC+ (6TH GAME NOT INCLUDED) Not sure if it's a "good problem" because Grady Emerson is likely to go 2 to the TBR and Lebron might end up in Minny.

I think he's too similar to Kelenic. They could move Thorpe or Berrora to the 60-Day to clear a 40-man spot, but I don't think they will.

Teel started as catcher in 58% of their games after he was called up. 58% of 162 is 94 games or so...maybe its closer to 60% of the starting time.

Here is me talking about PECOTA projections again. Venable on MLB Network: We do view Teel as an everyday guy. But at the catching position we know that doesn’t mean you’re actually in there every day. It’s a demanding role. And Edgar is a guy that we like the bat against lefties, so there’s DH opportunities for him. He’s going to be able to catch too so there should be plenty of at bats for those guys. Them saying Teel is an everyday guy means he is going to get WAY more than 490 PAs. Their goal in 2026 might be to show off Edgar Quero; the hitter and have teams get tantalized about him being their everyday catcher.https://x.com/MLBNetwork/status/2022365479218647391?s=2

Heard. Mostly dreaming. No clue what else he'd mean by payroll flexibility. Maybe more minor league deals, but is that really payroll flexibility?

It's my most common complaint (talking too fast)! Thanks for watching.
