  1. I just found the pic. I don't have any other interest in humping AT-ATs.
  2. QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Oct 29, 2005 -> 01:04 PM) I am still waiting for Mike Piazza to admit it. We all know. No other man shaves his beard in designs like he used to. Rowand and Hermanson.
  3. I wonder if Minny/Cubs would trade Hunter for Patterson.
  4. QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Oct 29, 2005 -> 02:10 AM) Do you think Contreras is all of a sudden going to stop being able to throw 95 MPH with a great forkball next season? Nolan Ryan lost it all of a sudden. They all do.
  5. QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Oct 29, 2005 -> 01:56 AM) Why not? He has great stuff and he has finally learned to trust it and throw strikes. His problem before was not throwing strikes. Now he has confidence and is challenging batters. I could honestly see him being our best pitcher next season. Because The Count is "33". There's NO WAY that he is only one year older than me. He's gotta be near 40 like El Duque.
  6. http://musicdownloads.walmart.com/catalog/...ervlet?id=72090 Only .88 cents.
  7. Count is the ultimate trade bait. He can't possibly repeat his '05 success. Sell high, buy low.
  8. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Oct 29, 2005 -> 01:42 AM) D'OH! I missed them. YOU miss Oprah? Unpossible!
  9. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Oct 29, 2005 -> 01:40 AM) The replay is on now. Were they before or after Clooney? Before.
  10. Isn't that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" theme?
  11. QUOTE(sox-r-us @ Oct 29, 2005 -> 01:34 AM) So if Anderson fails and becomes the next Borchard at the big leagues, what do we do? Trade some prospect for a Griffey at the deadline? I prefer to build the team in offseason than waste prospects at the deadline. Since we have the pitching, and getting pitching is always the toughest at the deadline, I prefer we build our team int he offseason and then add depth or insurance if someone gets injured at deadline without paying much for it. By the time Anderson can be labeled "failure", Sweeney and Owens will be ready.
  12. Anderson probably will not start until after Dye's contract runs out in '07.
  13. Lyons cut his teeth at ESPN1000 in the early days of the station. He did a hell of a job, that's why Fox hired him.
  14. Whoa, whoa, WHOA! ANOTHER Sox Fan from England?
  15. It just hurts inside a little to know that Scott Boras is counting with his cash register after every playoff hit by Crede.
  16. Depending on the $$ involved, I'd be interested in Piazza as a backup catcher with AJ and part time DH with Frank.
  17. I may be the only one here who thinks this...but, I wouldn't mind Steve Lyons doing color on the radio with Farmer if Rooney doesn't come back.
  18. j00 /\/0 17 |)00|)!!!
  19. Really. We need 3 more people. PLEASE join! The draft is Tuesday.
  20. Well... the Sox should be able to afford it if their season ticket base and casual fan attendance improves because of this season. They can afford a contract that size in the short term.
