  10. This can be debated over and over again, but honestly, why should we care? Its pointless. After all, whatever happens in the past doesn't mean anything, its not like anyone was hurt by this...
  11. Yeah, I bought my dad his favorite autograph-Kenny Lofton---don't remember how much it was b/c i got a special deal...Brook Fordyce too, and even Josh Paul, but just because it was cheaper than buying an 11.00 ball downstairs for autographs...5.00 each...not bad, IMO

Did you all hear about the woman streaker at the Super Bowl? lol!
  13. I wanted to add something about my experience at Soxfest to the bratwurst of merged threads--- Friday Night I got up to Soxfest at about oh, 5:15. Anyway, at about 5:40 the fans behind me were let in, and we should have stampeded after arguing with Security. Got in, got my brothers in the Guillen + Cora line while I got pictures. My father went into the seminars and listen to the 'infamous' Question and Answer session with White Sox General Manager, Kenny Williams. Any who, I got all the autographs, went shopping and got the "CHOKED" hat. I found a "CUBS SUCK" hat near a water jug, and being the good soul I am, I brought it to lost and found. After that, being about 9:00 I got Aaron Rowands autograph. When I was going up to the room, I saw Kenny Williams going downstairs with Gary Peters. The funny thing is, I asked Kenny Williams if I could buy him a couple of beers if I could ask him a few questions with him. He responded yes, and said at 10:00 he could be available in the lobby. In the elevator, Rick Hahn (SP?) was there and I said "Man, such anger at the question and answer session." He said "No, they are just passionate about the team." When my brothers and dad were settled in, I went downstairs, and Willie Harris was drunk with the Ushers who were at Soxfest for assistance. I asked him to autograph my brothers game used bat card, in which our other one was already signed, and I compared the autographs...he was definatly drunk. As for the Kenny Williams thing, I am going to post the Q & A's, so please look for it. Poor Estey, he was sitting down to eat when he was mugged. I got my jersey signed. I also saw Jose, but he went upstairs with his wife. Thigpen avoided me and my party, so I went upstairs. Saturday was not as important, but I got Carlos Lee's autograph. It was a great weekend, especially for the 163 dollars I spent on it for my fathers Christmas present.
  14. Welcome to Soxtalk I'd have to agree with you, I mean your hitting things right on the noggin in terms of reasoning and history of why you like them. Excellent post.
  15. I thought I heard they bought him out on Friday or Saturday---cannot confirm this though because when K.C. Johnson of the Tribune wrote the article he also said details of what the Bulls released to the Media were too broad.

    Is this true?

I guess all I can say is...???
  17. I'm not sure, but I think the technical users could easily figure this out...post this in the How does this work forum...think that would help you out....

  19. The Cheat is godly for what he made.
  20. Hey guys, I was wondering what you all here at soxtalk.com thought of Jon Rauch being a canidate for the 2004 White Sox Number 5 slot. I think he'll break out and be a commander of his control in his pitches, just like Prior, or maybe I'm just smoking the crack pipe, but I wanted to know your opinions on him, especially from the "highly touted posters" like Horlen, Hudler and Quickman.
