The problem is McDermott just doesnt a make a ton of sense for a team getting Melo. Melo and McDermott is not really a great combination to be on the floor at the same time. A guy like Rodney Hood would make a ton more sense if they were actually getting Melo.

Isnt the cap only an issue if they get Melo or Lebron? They just picked McDermott, not a SG who could play with those guys. Instead of a rookie, well get some average old player. It just doesnt make sense.

And I cant imagine the Bulls think they have a chance at Melo. You wouldnt draft McDermott cause he cant play the 2, neither can Melo.

Not a fan at all. McDermott may be good, but Id never send 2 picks to only move up a few spots.

I like how they explain away Smart's problems as "competitive". Ron Artest was competitive too, he also was insane and became a detriment.

Feel the opposite way about Gordon, think hes overrated.

On the right team McDermott could be a pretty good asset. I dont think hell ever really hurt a team.

US beat their 2nd team in a friendly, and for today all the US has to do is play a solid game and walk away with a tie.

Payne shot 42% from 3 last year and 38% the year before. And the Bulls need good players. If im not getting a guy I really believe in id rather get 2 and hope that 1 pans out.
