  1. I called you the most pathetic poster on Soxtalk, now you treat this as if everythings cookie's and milk. I don't get you..
  2. :rolly I'll keep it at that, but it could be much worse.
  3. The first part of his post was fine, the second part was more like him.
  4. I could see if the Red Sox fans were the topic at hand or if he gave some examples, but he did neither.
  5. ...the Red Sox, a team that was to rely on John Burkett, Casey Fossum and later on Jeff Suppan as there four and five starters compared to the Yankees that had Clemens, Pettite, Wells, Mussina and Weaver thus leaving Contreras to be a reliever/spot starter.
  6. I never said I know all, and have been wrong on many occassions in my tenure on Soxtalk but when the peanut gallery, you and Cerbaho included, come on to this thread saying this kind of stuff it just makes you look stupid. Shame on Cerbaho, as a moderator, he should be showing by example, something I have yet to see him do in this thread and many other threads alike.
  7. This has anything to do with our argument how? For those keeping track, another reason why this kid is just not smart. ...and no, I would never be on the side of any team doing what they are doing to the Devil Rays, although I wouldn't expect something like this coming from the Red Sox and over the years have come to expect something like this coming from the Yankees.
  8. The mere fact that your two examples are all here say just proves what we all know, which is that your outright the most pathetic poster on Soxtalk. Red Sox fans know, and want whats best for baseball which we all can agree on would be if there was some sort of salary cap. Since that is not going to happen, the current format is fine by my book and other Red Sox fans alike. As for your A-rod example, Larry Lucchino came out with the "evil-empire" thing after the Yankees tossed 32 million dollars to a pitcher who hadn't pitched an inning in the majors. I stand by Larry for those comments, because basically it was a ridiculous signing and only happened to one up the Red Sox. Your name should be brick wall, because that is what I feel like I am talking to.
  9. I went to Elvis night too, and being annoying isn't outnumbering White Sox fans and starting a "Lets Go Red Sox" chant when there up five runs. Any more examples?
  10. Give me one example, one, of how Red Sox fans are whiny.
  11. Definitly Shuf. I agree, and this is White Sox related, my man.
  12. Because good replies don't always have to be in agreement with me... :banghead
  13. Many people have talked in this thread, many of the responces I've loved but one like Cerbaho's and your's is just stupid/baseless and asking for a fight.
  14. and I'm going to say exactly what I said earlier, which is you know absolutely nothing about Red Sox fans and should have never chimed into this conversation to begin with.
  15. Not at all.. It's the media that percieves that, and you who believe it..
  16. You two know nothing about the city of Boston, the people living in it, the fans of the Red Sox and their players. You know absolutely zip. One obnoxious fan at one Red Sox/White Sox game you attended speaks for one of the biggest fan bases in baseball. Again, you two... pathetic.. :headshake
  17. It's funny how dog s*** like this takes over this thread. Typical, coming out of your mouth.
  18. Doug Mientkiewitz yesterday issued that he would be willing to take a paycut and do his absolute best to recruit long time teammates Brad Radke and Eric Milton to the Sox. Im not saying I want Milton, and hell Radke would look excellent in a Red Sox uniform, but this is mainly for all you haters just proving how great of a guy he is.
  19. I have been discussing it all afternoon on my Red Sox board and it is definitly an embarrassing day to be a Yankee fan. It doesn't surprise me at the very least though...
