To be totally honest the only reason I did this because most of you did the same thing to poor Felix Diaz and the guy was really turning a corner. I mean really there was no real chance for Cotts to be sucessful since we were going against the twins ace anyway.

Is Alex Fernandez still around somewhere.... Or what about Mike Sirotka... A good to revive the career of a former White Sox starter maybe...

At this point i'd be happy with Nomo... We just need a guy who can get us at least 7 wins. We would be unstoppable if we could just win even a 1/4 of the games from the 5th starter spot.

I think they went on vacation... Your right though we need them back and soon!

I still say we should trade for Wilson Alverez. I'm sure that they would take Konerko for Alverez and might even throw in Robin too.

I obviously don't want one of the most solid relievers we have had to be sent to AAA. I agree this is a dumb thread to post but it helps let out some of the frustration I felt from this disappointing game.

Also I know that I need to calm down when it comes to being in the chat rooms when the Sox are losing and I really need to work harder on that. If you want to ban me on the chat I can understand because it's more then likely for my own good. I however haven't done anything to warrent being banned from the message boards...

That is bogus and you know it Tony. I may of said a couple of stupid things but I calmed down alot afterwards. I just don't like losing. I am not a troll nor are all of my points useless. Not everyone can be totally serious all of the time...

I honestly belive that joe will come back and will be hitting at least .250 by next month... If Aaron gets some more playing time I could see him getting his average back up to around .260 by next month too... The key word here would be "playing time" It's hard to raise your average when your not on the field.

The Cardinals are hopeless this year. Not that it matters because the Astros will win the NL Central anyway... It won't matter though because of the inevitable Marlins-White Sox world series. :fthecubs

Wouldn't it make sense to move the weaker defensive player to 3B. It's obvious that Uribe is the better defensive short stop so shouldn't Valentin make the move if Crede is moved out of the lineup. Just thought it was a topic worth discussing... Always a good time for this sign by the way... :fthecubs

I'm not as savy about this graphics stuff as most of you are but i'm wondering if someone might be able to help me get one of these cool signature graphics like some of the rest of you have.... I would want one that would have Willie Harris, Miguel Olivo, and Aaron Rowand. If anyone knows anyone who could help me please let me know.

Actually anyone who has read any of my posts, dating back to those on the White Sox mlb.com board, knows that I am Willie Harris's #1 fan. I have always believed in him and I knew his only problem was that idiot Manuel never giving him any playing time. It's great to see that while I believed in him all along all these other people and jumping on the bandwagon just like I predicted....

This really worries me! Willie is the heart and soul of this team. Without him there is no way we can take this series from the Twins! We need him back! :headshake

:headshake This would be the worse mistake we could make. 3 LH's in the starting rotation = last place finish. Too many LH's are bad bad bad bad bad....did I mention BAD! I hope Coop is right and Diaz will be back in a few weeks because I hate to see Cotts have his career ruined because he would be a third left hander leaving us powerless to win any games at all. Took a page out of the Frank Thomas school of batting... And how about that Wilson Alvarez, how about we pull the trigger and trade for him! I wouldn't mind a homecoming for him.
