fathom

Twins added a guy who’s given them a few good starts and two good relievers….you know, actual improvements.

Yeah no one would want Castillo at 25 million. Doyle was a possible non-tender.

Adell providing them some big hits

And Castillo and half the offense. Basically anyone who gets more than the league minimum was bad.

Definitely making himself expendable

Coaching staff is failing him if they keep telling him just to try and pull the ball for homers

Keep pulling off the ball buddy

Nice game idiot

Oh yay, he’s mentally fucked again

They’re just killing themselves with their inefficiency

Why are they so bad at challenging

Our sequencing tonight hasn’t been ideal

Just don’t swing at all

Really? Promise you before the season, you would have been planning to watch the Bears tonight and not the Sox.

Richards has been a godsend

One of their worst played games of the year

Something I was wondering is how is Castillo expecting to be successful if he throws high sinker after high sinker? Definitely not the type of guy I remember from his Reds days.

They won games because PCA and Bregman turned into Maris and Mantle. Zeferjahn has been terrible for them.

Face a guy with incredible spin tomorrow, in a week where they look like they haven’t seen a breaking ball in their life

No, and I liked the Brazoban trade when it was made. The problem is all these guys are performing horribly.

Yikes

He’s usually a very good poster, but I just don’t get his argument at all.

Domínguez had a 3.99 ERA with the Sox. Brazoban has a 5.5 or so ERA. He was acquired to be a late inning guy.

Taking strikes, swinging at pitches a foot off the plate

Castillo was brought in to replace Fedde and give them innings. Not getting thru 5 in 3 of 4 starts is pathetic. Brazilian and Doyle have absolutely been that bad, especially if you consider Doyle’s defense yesterday. I don’t know how this is controversial
