I’m shocked Bailey and Rocchio did well in the 9th. They’re the anti-Colson lately

Of course, thought that was gone

Given the likely matchups next week, Sox desperately need Benintendi to get going again. He’s been awful this month

Maybe the worst late inning hitter in the sport

Haven’t his throws been bad all year?

Ant is very bad at second.

Say Colson goes 0-7 next week with 6 strikeouts, the heat will really turn up on him

Plenty of teams need SS. Neto had a big market at the deadline and he’s not exactly amazing

This was 100 pct how bad he looked when they sent him to Arizona

Wouldn’t be shocked if he’s dealt, and then they bring in a veteran SS on a one year deal.

he can’t hit a fastball up and away fair, and then he recognizes spin about as well as my dog would.

I really don’t want to see him in the lineup next week. Can’t wait for them to trade him and blast him in the media.

Colson is so broken. Every at bat is the same

It was to lock in some contracts before the lockout

Yep, Rangers stadium seems like you have to destroy it to get it out

Rangers are a weird situation now, as their lineup has some LHP mashers. Jung and Joc are out.

Jerry won’t spend before the lockout due to cost uncertainty. They still haven’t gotten their TV issues all resolved, which is what they needed to raise payroll.

He’s in Arizona with a bunch of guys in case they’re needed (Bart, Shane Smith and others)

Burke, Martin, Castillo, Kay, Schultz, Smith, Smith, Thorpe while dealing with the lockout and limited payroll doesn’t make me think they will go after anyone of significance.

No he wasn’t

How about literally the same cast of characters?

Nah, Guardians playing great the last 35 games of the season is.

True but the Tigers just hit the ball all over the park that game. The Guardians error was just bad managing and terrible fielding

Yep
