I've always been confused at how people thought Griffey Jr. was going to be a clubhouse cancer with the Sox? It's like people are surprised he was a good clubhouse guy. When he was in Cincinnati, every one of their young outfielders said how amazing Griffey Jr. was with them.

But why not play Getz tonight, and then Lillibridge vs LHP tomorrow? You'd give Getz 2 days to recover from his first game.

Lillibridge is the perfect September call-up, as he can come off the bench to run or play D in the 9th. However, having him on the 25 man roster is just insane and pathetic. Tough inning coming up for Bartolo.
