Would really leave a sour taste given how much progress they seemed to be making in forming a core.

Sox are batting .227 in the second half, tied for 27th. Top 5 in strikeouts as well. Top 10 in homers.
-
There’s just no urgency
-
Could you imagine the freak out if they had given him a 5/150 extension?
-
Yep, let’s give someone else a try.
-
Not a major leaguer right now
-
18 hits, 3 strikeouts from Sox pitching
-
Today shaping up to be worst case scenario
-
Two different fly balls off the wall by Phillies with bad base running cost them that game
-
Mune is 6 for last 54 with 29 strike outs
-
If he can’t adjust to fastballs on outer half, he’s not gonna last in the majors past his first contract
-
Phillies base running a total joke
-
Just flip Mune and Peters in the lineup. Not real sure why Mune is being treated like a ten year veteran.
-
It scares me they’re still considering an extension, if the report is true.
-
No way Mune struck out on an outside fastball. It’s amazing how bad some of these guys are going.
-
I meant the Sox
-
Someone said it earlier, and it’s so true. Pirates would win this division
-
He better figure it out, because he doesn’t look like a major leaguer for the last month or more.
-
You could convince me they’re on the take this game.
-
Atrocious base running saving the Astros
-
All the catching options suck
-
Great effort so far
-
Chase has totally lost his sense of the strike zone
-
No shot they trade him
-
Rogers on Baltimore would be my choice. Be nice if Castillo wasn’t on the books.
